ये Terms of Service ("Terms") हमारी website और services के आपके उपयोग को नियंत्रित करती हैं। हमारी services access या use करके आप इन Terms से बंधे रहने के लिए सहमत होते हैं।
हमारी services "as is" और "as available" आधार पर दी जाती हैं, बिना किसी भी प्रकार की warranties के, चाहे express हों या implied। हम guarantee नहीं देते कि हमारी services uninterrupted, secure या error-free रहेंगी।
Account केवल playlist calculation results या learning plans save करने के लिए जरूरी है। आप email और password या Google से sign in कर सकते हैं। अपने login credentials सुरक्षित रखना आपकी जिम्मेदारी है। आप Settings > Security > Delete Account से किसी भी समय अपना account और सारा saved data delete कर सकते हैं। इन Terms का उल्लंघन करने वाले accounts को हम suspend कर सकते हैं।
हमारी website और इसकी original content, features और functionality हमारी owned हैं और international copyright, trademark और अन्य intellectual property laws द्वारा protected हैं।
आप सहमत हैं कि आप:
हम किसी भी कारण से, बिना prior notice या liability के, आपका account और हमारी services तक access तुरंत terminate या suspend कर सकते हैं।
किसी भी स्थिति में हम आपकी services के उपयोग या उपयोग न कर पाने से पैदा हुए indirect, incidental, special, consequential या punitive damages के लिए liable नहीं होंगे।
हम किसी भी समय इन Terms को modify करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। अगर हम बदलाव करते हैं, तो इस page पर updated Terms post करके notice देंगे।
